FAQs

Hello, my name is Courtney Cezair Mayers and I am conducting a study about women and pain care. I am seeking to recruit women age 18 and over from all racial, ethnic, economic and diagnostic backgrounds who live with medical conditions that cause chronic pain. Participants need to be willing to commit to a narrative-style interview, in-person or via Skype. If you or someone you know fits the criteria for participation in this study, please contact me for more information about this research project, the purpose of which is to learn more about the barriers to pain care in this population and help identify if and how women have gotten past those obstacles. I look forward to sharing more information with you about this exciting new study! Thank you.

Sincerely,

Courtney Cezair Mayers
